Improving French Immersion

French immersion remains popular in our province, but a team at the University of Alberta aims to improve it by studying why some students drop out of the program.
Alberta Education statistics show that only 33 per cent of students complete French immersion up to Grade 12. Researchers want to understand why in order to improve retention rates.
