2026-2027 Calendar Approved

In December 2024, a survey was distributed to all staff and division families to gather input for the 2026-2027 school calendar. Over 450 stakeholders responded and all feedback was carefully considered. The results were summarized and presented to the board in January.

Based on the collected input, the board established parameters for the calendar's development. Using these parameters, the 2026-2027 calendar was created and presented at the February Public Board meeting, where it was approved by the board.

“We were extremely pleased with the large amount of stakeholder feedback submitted this year. The responses submitted play a huge role in shaping the outcome of the calendar. The goal is to have a calendar that best reflects the needs of students, staff and families and I believe that was achieved.” - Dr. Dwayne Zarichny
