School bus registration changes for the 2025/26 school year!
What's new?
All students must be registered to ride the school bus. School bus registrations is moving to SchoolEngage starting February 3, 2025! With this new process, each year your student must be registered to ride the bus, there will be no automatic roll overs of registrations, the system will be cleared each year.
All riders will be REQUIRED TO REGISTER BEFORE JUNE 30th in order to access transportation services during the upcoming school year.
The school Division is committed to providing transportation to students who register for services before June 30, 2025. Please be aware that, riders who do NOT register by June 30, 2025 may have bus service delayed at the beginning of the 2025/2026 school year.
To access your SchoolEngage Account: (Current Students)
For Current Families who already have access to PowerSchool
1. A transportation registration application form will be assigned to your child through SchoolEngage once you have submitted the 25/26 school year registration.
2. Login to PowerSchool Parent Portal (link below), choose SchoolEngage from the navigation menu on the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Once you are logged in with SchoolEngage, please click on the students tab from the left hand menu and click on your child’s name.
4. On the right hand side, scroll down until you see 2025-2026 Bussing Registration Form. Click on the small blue box to open the form, complete it and press submit.

For New Families who move into the Division or current families who change residence during the summer:
Contact the Transportation Department at Transportation@mhcbe.ab.ca. We will confirm eligibility and assign a Transportation Registration Form if applicable
