Student Walkout Information

In Alberta on May 3, 2019 a province-wide student walkout took place between 9:30 am – 9:50 am relating to the new government’s stance on educational policies. A student walkout is not endorsed or sanctioned by the district and/or the school. At Medicine Hat Catholic, we recognize the importance of the role of Catholic schools in creating a strong democracy and the right of students to advocate for important causes.
